- The first step was to produce a sample
of the RV that might be transported on the RVB. We need a 1:1
model of the largest typical RV by actually measuring several
5th wheel trailers. There are larger RV's, but these 5th wheelers
are more typical of those to frequently travel to lakes for a
week long vacation.

- Then, the barge was developed around the
RV with an offering of automatic ballast leveling, on-board 10kw
generator, a shore based loading system (not shown), powered
by two outboards, all to be manufactured, disassembled, and shipped
overland to inland marinas for re-assembly. The key element of
this design was the loading system and the method of off-loading
and assembly. Those basics were not in the patent so we've chosen
not to show them here.
