Our work is IMAGING and is offered with the understanding that the structural design and any mechanical structures eventually be reviewed, approved and signed off by a credentialed professional engineer prior to the start of construction or manufacturing.   Our references to, and understanding of, issues relating dimensional accuracy are only as good as the information we have at that time. Vendor products or material changes, or mistakes during acquisition of dimension or material, might occur after we have acquired the dimensions needed to build a model and the model might be presented without that information update.     Our business is based entirely on the use of computer technology and therefore, is subject to all the same risks associated within or otherwise controlled by the computer industry. We strive to maintain protective measures, keep our software and hardware in good working order, and comply with the rules and regulations, however, we cannot be held liable in the event of any accidental or hostile interruption (legal or illegal) or shut down of any project or agreement caused by circumstances outside of our control, nor can we be held responsible for software or hardware industry longevity or integrity as it relates to the companies that design and support computer technology.     Electronic files will be generated as the result of our work. These files should be stored on a Windows O/S compatible electronic storage device (i.e., hard drive, memory disk, CD, etc.,) which will be paid for by the customer/client. The storage device and related files will be available to the customer/client for the cost of packaging, insurance, shipping and handling.   Offering of the storage and return of electronic files resulting from our work does not mean the computers, any hardware devices owned by Charles R. Watson dba Watson Enterprises, or any related software programs used to generate the files. The customer/client may purchase their own compatible equipment and software program to work with the files, or, may hire another company or individual with compatible equipment at their discretion. Once any file or resulting imaging solution leaves our possession, Charles R. Watson dba Watson Enterprises is absolved of any and all responsibility for the safety and integrity of that file or resulting imaging solution including other works generated using those files.   Over a period of time the files can become cumbersome to maintain, redundant, and cause confusion as they accumulate. Unless otherwise agreed to or demanded in writing, Charles R. Watson dba Watson Enterprises reserves the right to manage such files to include, but not be limited to, archiving, copying, moving, and or deleting cumbersome, redundant, or confusing files at our discretion.     Effective August 01, 2006 - Due to a realignment of the business, -ALL- work performed by Charles R. Watson dba Watson Enterprises, will be subject to federal, state, and local taxing laws. All work resulting in the production of tangible property will be invoiced and delivered as a "product" and the payment of taxes, or the issuance of a Tax Exemption Certificate and/or number, will be the responsibility of the customer/client under the conditions of the Texas Comptrollers Office. Absence of a Tax Exemption Certificate will result in the requirement to pay appropriate taxes.     Drawings, designs, videos, multimedia and the images generated for or from them are protected under copyright laws of the U.S. and foreign countries. Drawings, images, audio, and contents of this web site or CD are for demonstration purposes only and are not to be used by anyone outside of Watson Enterprises (marineimaging.com) or a specific customer/client (including owners, officers, employees or agents of customer/client) other than for the purposes agreed.     Our promotional and demonstration material does not constitute a contract of any kind. No warranty or conformance standards or any other form of construction or design standard other than those indicated is expressed or implied at any time. Under no circumstances does Charles R Watson, dba Watson Enterprises qualify a project as to fitting any form of legal requirements. All designs must be constructed and performed by a duly authorized Professional Engineer.     Errors of inclusion or exclusion in an imaging solution do not establish cause for inclusion or exclusion of any elements or services. Conditions, designs, and prices are subject to change without notice.   Additional Terms and Agreements   Any materials such as graphics, information, drawings, music, voices, sounds, titles, styles, patterns, tapes, or property acquired or secured by Watson Enterprises under a "work-for-hire" agreement with a customer/client shall continue to be the property of Watson Enterprises until fully paid for by the customer/client.   Use of materials already owned by Watson Enterprises so as to combine the two under a "work-for-hire" agreement with the customer/client will be done so with the understanding that the final production(s) operate under a "license to use" our contribution of material in it's original format, without alteration, and only as long as the conditions of the original agreement are met.   The insertion of licensed or copyrighted material into a customer/clients production makes the customer/client subject to the same terms and agreements for which the licensed or copyrighted material was originally secured.   Watson Enterprises does not assume liability for the accuracy of information, copyrights, legal issues, performance standards and/or expectations of materials and/or information supplied by the customer/client.   Termination of any project by the customer/client, in part or in whole, will subject the customer/client to being responsible for payment and remuneration of any and all provable cost, related losses, and/or expenses up to that time of termination.   Watson Enterprises will not develop nor distribute any material, in part or in whole, considered immoral or against community standards.     Postings/Submissions This site makes no guarantees as to the level of success a user may achieve by using the service. Certain third party partners may make such performance guarantees with the approval of the company, however, those agreements must be accompanied by written and authorized agreements. Otherwise, you may not be entitled to any refund, rebate or retribution for usage that you determine to be unsuccessful.   We make no guarantee that systems will be accessible for the entire term of its listing. Computer outages, software failure and other technical and non-technical issues may cause temporary outages that we cannot be held liable for.   No party may upload any items that are deemed offensive by the company. This includes creating hyperlinks to materials deemed to be offensive by the company. Additionally no items may be uploaded that are designed to damage the systems (ex.
